Jeffrey was born and raised in West Texas. He attended Texas A&M University where he obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in 1990. Jeffery received his juris doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University – School of Law (now Texas A&M University – School of Law) in 2002. Prior to attending law school, Jeffrey worked as a school teacher where he taught secondary science. He proudly retains his Texas Teacher’s Certification.

Jeffrey has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate mortgage litigation, including defaults in conventional, home equity and reverse mortgages. Additionally, he has considerable experience in probate, estate planning, debt collection, creditor’s rights, real property title matters and family law.

Since 2006, Jeffrey’s practice has focused on all aspects necessary to assert creditor’s rights on behalf of lenders, investors, and owners from initial default through foreclosure sale through eviction. He has represented clients in courts throughout Texas.

Jeffrey believes that the relationship between the client and attorney must be nurtured through open communication that ensures the client is both knowledgeable and empowered. Jeffrey strives to provide the very best representation possible in a cost effective and professional manner.

Jeffrey and his wife, Debra, have two grown sons. Being a former science teacher, he enjoys going to museums, trivia, and travel. Jeffrey is also an avid collector of comic books and memorabilia. Jeffrey is active in Boy Scout Troop 345 and serves and an Assistant Scout Master and Quartermaster Advisor.
