David was born in Wharton, Texas in 1972. David has been with JDKG since August 2002.
David’s primary practice areas are commercial litigation and land use litigation. He represents a broad range of individuals and business clients, including industrial distributors, construction contractors, automobile dealerships, and commercial rental businesses. His land use practice has focused on representing developers and individual land owners in disputes with governmental entities. He routinely handles construction law matters, including the perfection and enforcement of lien rights. Another area of his practice involves representing select clients in matters of family law.
David has handled appellate matters in the state of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
