Daniel Wilson | Associate
Daniel graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2009. While attending UHLC, he served as an Articles Editor for the Business and Tax Law Journal. Daniel joined Johnson, DeLuca, Kurisky & Gould as an associate in August of 2009.
Daniel uses his unique combination of technical and scientific expertise, passion for the law, and communications skills to resolve clients’ conflicts as efficiently as possible. Daniel has both prosecuted and defended a wide variety of cases in numerous practice areas. Second-chaired a complex, multi-party wrongful death case resulting in favorable settlement.
Second-chaired the representation of the defendant in a three week bench trial where the plaintiff sought more than $40 million. The plaintiff received a take-nothing judgment.

Led the prosecution of a wrongful denial of coverage claim resulting in the insurance company paying the claim in full.
Assisted in defending a breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, and breach of fiduciary duty claim involving a major environmental remediation site resulting in a favorable settlement.
Assisted in defending a claim seeking injunctive relief, ultimately favorably settling a claim of breach of contract, business disparagement, and tortious interference with contract and prospective contract surrounding the departure of the entire upper management of a branch office of a national corporation.
