Christopher L. Johnson | Associate
Chris joined Johnson, DeLuca, Kurisky & Gould, P.C. in May 2011. He practices commercial litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Chris has additional experience representing vessel owners and underwriters in a variety of maritime and admiralty disputes, vessel seizures, and insurance matters. He also has handled personal injury litigation.
Chris completed his legal education at the University of Houston Law Center, graduating in 2009. While in law school, he served as an Editor for the Houston Business & Tax Law Journal, the Executive Chair of the Board of Advocates and was named to the Order of Barristers. Prior to joining the Firm, Chris practiced for two years with a boutique litigation firm in Houston specializing in maritime issues. Chris is actively involved in his community. He serves on the advisory board of the Young Urban Professionals of Easter Seals and is active in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Chris also coaches various national moot court teams at the University of Houston Law Center.
